Get involved

You can directly contribute to improving our results by making a donation to Think Stray! or by becoming a partner.

Think Stray! and its partners engage on a voluntary basis, working to mutual agreements which --whilst allowing autonomy-- contribute to the implementation of the campaign in the curriculum and offer endorsement/support for the programme.

In addition to the individuals who are involved on a voluntary basis, we count on the generous contributions of those people who support animal welfare and believe that education is the agent for change.

Sponsors

You can provide financial support to the Think Stray! campaign and its partners by a donation (financial support or in-kind contributions). Your gift will help promote our programme around Romania and improve the quality of life of stray dogs and cats, as well as of those in our partners' care.

Items we always need:
  • Veterinary supplies (non-expired medication, surgical instruments, disposable surgery gowns and booties, scalpel blades, etc.)
  • Dry and canned dog and cat food, treats
  • Toys
  • Blankets and towels
  • Food bowls
  • Leashes, harnesses and collars
  • Dog crates and cat carrier
  • How-to-booklets and other educational materials that will serve as practical guides for teachers and students. These will provide professional support for teachers to integrate animal welfare activities and lessons in their curricular areas.

If your NGO would like to get involved with the Think Stray! program please send us a brief summary of your organization.

Media

By regularly bringing Think Stray! to the attention of your readers or listeners, you can help transform young people's views on the challenging issue of stray animals in Romania, thereby helping to increase the number of people willing to get involved and decrease the number of stray animals in Romania.
